These terms apply to your use of jomacfab.com and to purchases from JOMAC Fabrication (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example because of a pricing or description error, a problem with payment, or an item that cannot be shipped to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but a change does not affect an order you have already placed. Payment is taken when you place the order.
Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy are part of these terms.
Product information and safe use
We describe our products as accurately as we can and list only the specifications we can stand behind. Dimensions, load ratings and magnetic holding force are stated for the product as sold. Magnetic holding force is not the same as a safe working load. You are responsible for deciding whether a product suits your job and for using it safely, following good shop practice. Our plastic parts should be kept away from direct weld heat. We do not claim certification or approval of our products for safety-critical or lifting applications, and they should not be used for those purposes.
Custom work
Custom fabrication, CAD design and custom 3D printing are quoted individually. A quote states what is included, such as design, revisions, materials and finishing, and anything not listed is not included. We may decline a custom project.
Intellectual property
The designs, text, photos and other content on this site belong to JOMAC Fabrication. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or this site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
