Processing time

Orders ship within 3 to 7 business days of payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Custom orders may take longer, and we will let you know.

Where we ship

We ship from New Jersey, USA to addresses in the United States and internationally.

Shipping rates

United States orders over $100 ship free. United States orders of $100 or less ship for a flat rate of $10. International shipping is charged at checkout.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Order updates

We will email you when your order ships.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes and import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total, and customs delays are outside our control.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible, before the order ships.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us at jomacfab@gmail.com with your order number, and photos if the package is damaged, and we will help sort it out.
